EggS

Know something? XD

I CAN FRY EGGS

muahahah!!
For the first time, in my 16years, i fried eggs. LOL
You can't believe it? Neither do I! X)
But i did fry them, for my lunch.
My sister can be my witness. hehe
To be frank, this wasn't my first time, second time actually. :P

The first time is when i was about age 15.
With my mum beside me, teaching me how to flip the egg over.
I did made a mess out of my egg that time. X)
With a bit of egg shell, spilled yolk, and egg stuck to the pan....
Guess that was a bitter success. =.=

BUT, today's different!
I cracked the shell nicely.
Flipped the egg over.
Fried the egg until edible.
And the oil didn't pop back at me! :D
Ahem! i did it myself. :DD
Sis just stood beside me, in case i burnt the kitchen down. LOL

Mum's out to clinic and unsure of what time coming back.
So sis and I had to cook something for lunch.
Sandwich of egg and ham taste just delicious!! :)
Sister taught me how to on the stove.... o_o
I always had the dream that, when I on the stove, the fire will go boom and burn my hair...
But it really doesn't happen in reality. XD

I fried 3 eggs today.
One for me, one for sis, and one for mummy. :)
For the first two eggs, it was perfect, just that i broke the yolk. hehe
Then...the last egg....i did managed to not break the yolk....but, i fried it into a rolled up swiss roll....
H.A.H.A -.-
Anyhow, it still goes into the stomach. XD

I'll call today...EggySuccess!!

Breast Cancer

If you're a lady and you care, please read. :)
If you're a man, please move on to other posts. :)

Dry Lips

I guess no girl likes dry lips.
Well, not only our face have wrinkles, so do our lips!
When dry air leaves the lips dehydrated, our lips will experience tiny cracks.
And if you're lucky, you might not taste blood on your lips. ;)
Chapped lips is unsightly and what people say as NOT 'kissable lips'. XD
Avoid licking your lips to moisten it, as it will only cause more dehydration.
The next thing you would want to avoid is lips looking like sandpaper=.=
Try using lip balm made with petroleum jelly or shea butter.
If you cant find any, i THINK olive oil might help? XD
At least its healthy enough to moisten your lips..for the moment.. :D

If I were to be a customer with dry lips, I would try out Vaseline.
It's made from 99.9% petroleum jelly and pretty much affordable. :))
They have the cherry flavor lip balm but i don't exactly favor the taste.
Cherry taste a bit weird, maybe because it comes in cans.

People might think its harmful if you accidentally licked the lip balm.
To me, I find it safe to use as lip balm isn't banned from sale to users.
But if you purposely swallow or eat the lip balm...
I'm not sure bout that.
Tell me if you did! :D

Lip balm seals in the moisture and protect it from dryness attack.
Sun's damaging rays can dry your lips even more.
So, try finding one with SPF 15.
The lips need our protection!!  ;)

Genting~

19December2010, Sunday
Took a bus to daddy's place at Klang.
Before boarding the bus at Terminal2, ate fried chicken with mum at Marrybrown.
Let me explain bout myself..my stomach is a serious food critic ;)
The fried chicken is quite nice but it's small compared to KFC and MCD.
Did i mention the chicken is bleeding...=.=
I hate bleeding chicken because i wouldn't want to turn into a vampire YET..tough its a fantasy of mine XD.
That's the main reason i usually avoid taking chicken unless its 100% cooked to its bone :D.
The salad is tasty somehow.
The mash potato is a bit powdery and dry in the mouth and the gravy wasn't enough.
Mum told me its because the usual mash potato we eat in other fast food outlet is already mixed with flour and other spices. That's why it doesn't taste powdery like Marrybrown's.
My long lost dream came true when my mum bought me a Skimmer shoe {links to shoe knowledge :D}
I've been like longing like hell to buy this type of shoe because my current shoe is killing my feet=.=

Reached Klang in an hour's time as the driver is speeding to chase up his delayed timetable.
The ride is a bouncy one and i kind of got headache when i got down from the bus.
While waiting for my dad to fetch mum and me, i saw a CAT.haha.
I managed to steal some glance at it when it stretches it body. A slender one too! XD
But i didn't stare for long.. Staring is not polite~ :)

At daddy's room, watched 'I Am Legend'.
I learned not to sit too close to the television when watching horror movie because i frightened myself before for sitting 30cm from the screen....
I don't usually stick my face to the screen when watching movie unless the movie is dark and i can't figure out what's moving in the movie...
After the movie ended, went out for dinner. Dad brought us to eat crab somewhere at a Hokkien Village{translate into Chinese}
The stall might not be very well built like restaurants but i can tell you, the food there...yum!
People are willing to stand and wait for empty tables just to eat there. Imagine that!
But somehow...it took about an hour for the food to arrive..................
I didn't know they took so long to cook some crab, 'salt steam chicken'{chinese} and special tofu...

Went back to dad's place and watched Dragonball movie. Not the cartoon animated but the real human ones. Watched the movie with lights off while painting my nails.
Didn't sleep well because I'm freezing with air cond turned on and the fan blowing my direction=.=

20December2010, Monday
Woke up the next day with a morning msg :)
Straight away watch SAW4 - a horror terror movie~ LOL
Breakfast and bla bla~ journey to Genting{my second time there, this time staying overnight :D}

I always get car sick in my dad's car....
I can imagine dad cutting the highway into half by driving 150km/h =.=
And i will be like face turning yellow, green...and feel like vomiting...but i never did :DD
When driving up Genting's windy road, i'll be swung to the sides of the car door.
But its quite fun when I see my dad cutting pass other cars, leaving them behind XD
And i think i have elevator sickness too=.=
When d elevator shoots up to the 11th floor, i felt like i left my soul on the ground floor..
I still have the 'flying' feeling after i walked out of the elevator...haiz..

Waited for 1hour30minutes before its our turn to check in. Dad got the room for free :D
But only me and mum stayed overnight at Genting.
Somehow, sorry to say, Genting is quite small.
Finished exploring in 5 hours but i didn't go into the Theme Park. I don't dare to play on my own....
Dinner and went back to hotel, watched television, snacking on biscuits and cappuccino, more sms, and slept :D

The bed....something is very wrong with it.....i feel something crawling on my legs....up...into my clothes....=.=
I suspect its....bed lice! -.-
I don't dare to put my legs under the blanket after that......

Next morning, woke up, go for another walk and checked out.
Dad fetched us home after that :)

Hat Yai - Chapter 2,3,4

Looking at the tittle gives you the hint. This is a summary of the whole trip..no more long essays with details. Guess you get bored reading it, so did I, typing it all out~ :) This might be the longest post i have..it's a 3 in 1 post! LOL. enjoy~

--->Breakfast at Phoenix Nutraceuticals, Kedah

---> money exchanger for those who forgotten to change their currency

---> Duty Free complex, bought liquor chocolates!! forever my favorite :D I saw liquor and perfume heaven at there too! lol

---> Thailand check point, lined up for about 30minutes before its our turn to get the passport checked. I did hear that Thai just survived a flood, but i didn't expect somebody to flood the toilet as well. haha

---> met up with our funny Thai tour guide, Lulu. She taught us on basic ways of Thai greeting and some funny words~ XD Ex: one slice of pineapple{chan ni sapbard nung} which sounds like "chop you into eighteen pieces" in chinese! LOL. The whole bus laughed even more when she taught us how to ask for chicken thigh for lunch.

---> chicken rice shop, had our lunch. Lulu told us that Thai is famous for their chicken because their chicken is kampung chicken=.= Another specialty of theirs, we ate mango and pineapple. Surprisingly all their pineapple are sweet and the green mango is crunchy O_O

---> temple of the living monk. I'm not quite sure bout the temple's name because its all in Thai words :) Briefly, its about a monk who died but lived. He might seem dead but he is still alive. haha. confusing isn't it? He came back alive after death because his body doesn't rot and his hair and nails grow normally just that his heart has stopped beating.

the temple where he rest in
a statue of the living monk
---> and yea!! Lulu told us they don't have taxi like us do. Instead they have tut-tut car or monkey-car{translate it to chinese} hehe. They call it a monkey car because passengers can actually stand during the whole journey while clinging onto the handle bars like a monkey! Tut-tut car is almost the same pattern as monkey car just lack of place to act like a monkey. haha
monkey-car. You stand at the back of the car while holding onto the side rails :D
---> temple of Chinese gods? o.0 like Chinese temples we have in Malaysia, but theirs is a bit different. This temple actually has a place where they keep dead people. Humans in coffins or ash jars, I'm not very sure but Lulu told us not to go through the main door where they store them. So we went through the second door and here comes my bad luck=_= It's drizzling and i'm a bit careless tough.. I slipped and fell when i tried to climb the slippery stairs but i managed to support my fall or else i'll kiss the ground face front first... Blue black on my patella, scrapped some finger skin off but alive :D Next fall when on the way out, it feels like slipping on oil but i caught my balance well this time=.=

this is one HUGE statue still in construction
few hundreds of gold monks? o_o
ahh~ kitty addiction i found at the temple :D
---> reached Sakun Hotel which people say its a so-called 3star hotel. Well, no building survived the muddy flood but still, the hotel stinks=.= So far, the hotel is still a place for humans to stay, bathtubs with plenty of hot water{its freezing in Thai..for me}, enough lighting to keep the room bright at night{hope you get what i mean.haha} and television!

--->Night activities for adults~ LOL. The famous Ah Gua show but its the epic 'high' one so they call it Tiger Show. My mum didn't join the whole bus to watch the show which cost 500baht = RM50. We went for shopping instead and i saw shoes heaven=_= my favorite types on display at there..haiz.....but Times Square quality is much much more better than Thai's. Well, after the Tiger Show, most of them asked for body massage ranging from RM 30-RM75. Mum and I just plopped ourselves to bed after back from shopping..exhausted.....

Wrong lyrics.

Kiss the rain
Whenever you need me
Kiss the rain
Whenever I'm gone too long
If your lips
Feel lonely and thirsty
Kiss the rain
And wait for the dawn
Keep in mind
We're under the same sky
And the nights
As empty for me as for you
If you feel
You can't wait till morning
Kiss the rain
Kiss the rain
Kiss the rain
Hello
Can you hear me?
Am I getting through you?
Hello
Is it late there?
There's a laughter on the line
Are you sure you're there alone?
Cause I'm
Trying to explain
Something's wrong
You just don't sound the same
Why don't you
Why don't you
Go outside
Kiss the rain
Whenever you need me
Kiss the rain
Whenever I'm gone, too long.
If your lips
Feel lonely and thirsty
Kiss the rain
And wait for the dawn.
Keep in mind
We're under the same sky
And the nights
As empty for me, as for you
If you feel
You can't wait till morning
Kiss the rain
Kiss the rain
Kiss the rain
Hello
Do you miss me?
I hear you say you do
but not the way I'm missing you
What's new
Hows the weather?
Is it stormy where you are?
Cause I'm so close but it feels like you're so far
Oh would it mean anything
If you knew
What I'm left imagining
In my mind
In my mind
Would you go
Would you go
Kiss the rain
and you'll fall over me
Think of me
Think of me
Think of me
Only me
Kiss the rain
Whenever you need me
Kiss the rain
*Billie Myers

All this while..I've been reading the wrong lyrics for Kiss The Rain-Yiruma...
But yet i fell for the above lyrics, only thing it's Kiss The Rain-Billie Myers...

Dizzy.....

I feel so dizzy now
Dizzy since yesterday night until today.
I thought it was normal to be dizzy since i lacked of sleep during the trip at Thai.
Guess not....
I slept like a pig until 2pm today
Should have been enough to cover up for the sleeping time at Thai=.=
But when i got up from my bed, i see tiny stars..i know..ridiculous, but what can i do.
I cant just brush the stars away, my mind is playing with me..haiz..
In the afternoon, the feeling got worse=-=
My body feels numb and i can feel the sourish feeling on my bones
The more i type on my keyboard, the more sensitive my fingers get..
My eyes feel heavy and my brain felt like half crushed into a tiny box :'(
I don't like the feeling at all...............
Maybe i should go for a cold bath before I hit the bed
In case...im having a fever=_="

Hat Yai - Chapter 1

{- 4December2010 -} Saturday

Got the luggage ready and got onto the bus at 10pm. Started the journey to Hat Yai at Southern Thailand. It's my first time to have a vacation outside of Malaysia and i'm super excited about it :D. The passport procedure is complicated as I'm applying for the attached passport which means if anyone got lost in Thai, the whole bus of people will be stuck at Thai O_O but still this type of passport is much more affordable. :)

In the bus, Ah Boy our tour guide, gave us a brief talk on what to buy and not to buy in Thai. The immigration police is quite strict when it comes to buying rice and smokes in large amounts-they think of us as smugglers XD Before we sleep, we watched a movie and i almost cried when the dog sacrificed for the owner, its so touching :'( Most of the passengers were asleep around 2am and some even snored but im still looking out of the bus, fascinated by the light coming from under the bus. It makes you think that it's a journey to wonderland! X)

After that, i tried sleeping but it was just too cold. I curled up like a prawn, trying to build a ford of warm air with my jacket and no choice i had to neglect my cold feet=.= One of the passenger saw me frozen up and gave me her son's socks which barely covered half of my feet but im grateful she offered it, something is better than nothing, right? XD. Closed my eyes for a minute and when i woke up, its already 7am.

We stopped at Phoenix Nutraceuticals, Kedah to wash our face and brush our teeth but the sinks are limited. The gorgor suggested us to brush in the male's toilet but who would..o_o As we're eating our breakfast, the pharmacy people showed us a slide show on how to take care of our body which i find very very useful but the tablets are so expensive, so no one bought it except a few uncle who got persuaded. Well, at least someone bought something after eating their free breakfast - nasi lemak, cake and nescafe XD

Ballet-ing

5 basic steps of ballet
It actually took me longer to draw the 5 basic steps than to learn it. As usual, my inspiration came from Facebook pictures. When i saw the ballets in tutu skirts and the way they stand, i suddenly wanted to learn ballet. I know my bones are getting hard and i'm not that flexible but no harm trying. Just hope i don't break a bone! or else my mum is gonna question me..a lot{im learning it in secret=.=}

The first time i tried the first step, i almost lost my balance, falling forwards to the wall. Luckily i didnt hit my head again. No Way im gonna repeat the big mistake which left me a microscopic scar as souvenir, but my spectacles covered it mostly. XD The second step felt pretty weird for me. Finding it hard to move my feet apart and when i did it, i'm moving it like a robot! LOL maybe more practice will help.

Third, fourth and fifth step were nicer to try with. Sliding your right foot to the front and back is fun, more comfortable compared to the first step.hehe.I'm trying to co-ordinate my hands with my feet for the complete basic steps. No drawings for the hands this time, i suffered drawing the legs=.= Not exactly a fan of drawing the human body especially the hands and legs. I make them look like elephant size :D And as for the pencil shading, it was on instinct, so have mercy criticizing my sketch XD
